Macarons - a tutorial

petang tadi sambil tunggu berbuka, buat FB walking *kau ingat blog je ade walk-walk ni?* 
and ternampak page Macaron Malaysia
dah lah iman kemain nipis hari ni tunggu waktu berbuka
terus terasa berkorbar nak buat macaron
at first I was confuse whether  it is 'macaron' or 'macaroon' 
but then my friend retweet me

so, I chose to make macaroon, instead of macaron because I don't have almond powder
and I also refer to this video tutorial
but, dah habis siapkan macaroon baru nak tengok video tutorial sampai habes *gara-gara broadband dah overlimit*


the most important steps tak dapat catch-up
rupanya kita kacau macaroon supaya taknak dia puffy
aku pulak, sikit punya hati-hati sebab terikut time buat pavlova
so, my macaroon puffy, and cracking bila dah masak
and gula kastor tak ada
so I change it guna gula kasar yang dikisar *suka-suka hati je*
sukatan pun main hentam je
tak cantik macam dalam gambar-gambar yang korang semua tengok
but talking about the taste, awesome ;D
macaroon, without filling
nah, macaroon with buah belimbing ;D *idea kakak*
and respond from girlfriend on my first attempt on macaroon,
looking forward on completing my culinary equipment
oven, mixer, penimbang, and perkara-perkara yang seangkatanlahh dengan masak-masak ni
Insyaallah, ada rezeki adalah
